Brand new homes being built in Purley, near Croydon, are to benefit from an eco friendly approach as the development, Wakeling Manor, achieves a high SAP rating.

Award winning developers, Silver Homes, were awarded planning permission by Croydon Borough Council for the erection of 13 luxury apartments in Foxley Lane on the much coveted, Webb estate.
